The Skyhop Daily Tower is one tower per day, identical for every player, so your place on the daily leaderboard depends on skill and route knowledge, not on gear or lucky ledges. Use the first run to learn the route and later runs to build longer combos on it. This guide explains how the daily leaderboard is scored, what the daily set is, which rewards you can earn and how to plan your attempts to beat your high score. The Daily Tower is in the game menu — play it in your browser.

How does the Daily Tower work?

The tower layout is generated from today's date. Everyone who plays on the same date gets the same ledges in the same places, a classic "same seed" daily challenge. A new tower appears at midnight on your phone's or computer's clock.

The key rules (as of 4 November 2026, checked in the game code):

  • Unlimited attempts. Only your best run counts for the leaderboard and your daily record.
  • A ghost of your best run. On every new attempt, a see-through replay of your record climbs beside you, so you instantly see whether you are ahead or behind.
  • No zones or gates. Unlike Free Climb, the Daily Tower has no zones, boss gates or upgrades picked during the run.
  • Wide shaft with walls. Bouncing off a wall while rising boosts your flight once per jump, like in the other tower modes.
  • The camera starts 5 seconds after your first move and then speeds up a little every 35 seconds. As long as you stand still nothing happens, so you can look at the first ledges calmly.

You unlock the Daily Tower at account level 5. It shows up in the menu after you beat the World 1 boss, or from account level 10 if you mostly play Free Climb.

Which worlds appear every 100 floors?

The Daily Tower cycles through four worlds. Every 100 floors the world changes, and with it the physics and the kind of tricky ledges:

Floors World What changes
0–99 Frost Spire normal gravity, moving and crumbling ledges from floor 25
100–199 The Deep 72% gravity, slower falls, bouncy ledges and a current pushing you sideways
200–299 Orbit 55% gravity, long flights, more moving ledges and a current
300–399 Neon City normal gravity, ledges light up to the beat of the music
400+ the cycle repeats ledges are at their narrowest

The current changes direction every block, so in The Deep and on Orbit keep track of which way you drift in the air. Ledges get narrower until floor 400. Above that their width stops shrinking, but narrow ledges and a faster camera still end most runs.

What does that mean for you? Every world change is a rhythm change. Most runs end on the first floors of a new world, because your hands are still playing the old physics. Do not start a long combo on floors 95–99 of a block. Enter the new world calmly and speed up only after a few jumps.

What is the daily set?

Your own gear and artifacts are switched off in the Daily Tower. Instead, every player gets the daily set: five effects and one artifact, picked from the date. You will see "daily set" when the run starts. All effects are level 1, so nobody gets an edge from forging.

Effects come from five pairs, one from each pair. The three that shape your run most are:

  • Momentum at the start (you run faster from floor one) or Double Jump,
  • Shield at the start (your first fall below the screen bounces you back up) or Glide (hold jump while falling),
  • Climber (wall slide and wall jump) or Frost Grip.

The other two pairs add smaller rule effects. One of them can swap Double Jump for a Dash: you start with it, and every dash during a combo extends that combo by half a second.

The artifact is one of nine: Phoenix Shield (a wide rescue platform for five seconds), Rocket Pack, Golem Heart, Wind Boots, Hourglass (rewinds time by three seconds), Overdrive Amulet, Feather (four seconds of light falling), Magnet or Spikes. Trigger it with the E key or the button on screen, once per run. To learn what each artifact does in other modes, read the guide to gear, artifacts and the Power Cap (in Polish).

Practical tip: check your set in the first run of the day. Save a rescue artifact (Phoenix Shield, Hourglass, Feather) for high floors, where a fall costs the most. Fire a fast one (Rocket Pack, Overdrive Amulet) in the middle of a long combo to stretch it.

How is the daily leaderboard scored?

The leaderboard ranks players by score, not just by floor. Your score is:

  • 10 points for every floor of your highest point,
  • combo points: the number of floors in each combo, squared and divided by 10.
Example Points
150 floors, no combos 1,500
one 50-floor combo 250
one 100-floor combo 1,000
one 150-floor combo 2,250

Because combo points grow with the square of the combo length, one long combo can be worth as much as a hundred extra floors. Players at the top are rarely the ones who climbed highest; they usually have the longest streaks. To build those streaks step by step, read how to jump higher and chain long combos (in Polish).

How do you plan three runs to beat your high score?

The tower stays the same all day, so every attempt teaches you the route. A plan that works:

  1. Scouting run. Play safe and remember where the route gets hard: moving ledges by the wall, long gaps, places where the current pushes you to the edge. Check the daily set.
  2. Floors run. Now you know where to slow down. Aim to clear at least one more world than in your first attempt. Collect combos only on easy stretches.
  3. Score run. Race your ghost. Start long combos at the beginning of a block, when ledges are comfortable. End them on purpose before floor 95 of the block, before the world changes.

After the third attempt, take a break. Tired hands rarely beat a record, and the tower waits until midnight. If you play in short sessions, see the plan in browser games for a school break.

What are the most common Daily Tower mistakes?

  • Rushing from floor one. The camera waits for your first move; use that time to read the route.
  • Carrying a combo through a world change. New gravity changes your jump length, and falling mid-combo wipes its points.
  • Using a rescue artifact too early. On floor 30 a fall costs one attempt. On floor 330 it costs a great run.
  • Ignoring the ghost. It shows where you lost time before. If it beats you on the same stretch every time, practise exactly that stretch.

Friends, challenges and rewards

In the Leaderboard tab, next to the Daily Tower, there is a friends board above the list of all players. The "Challenge" button starts the Daily Tower with your friend's best run as a ghost, and a bar at the top shows who is higher. You can also play with friends in a private room.

The leaderboard has a today view and an all-days view and lists the top 1,000 places. The Daily Tower also gives rewards. Default settings (as of 4 November 2026):

For Reward
taking part (at least 10 floors) 30 coins × your account level
100 floors in one run Wooden Chest
250 floors in one run Ice Chest
500 floors in one run Star Chest
1st place of the day (min. 50 floors, 5+ players) Mythic Chest, a legendary item and the title "Champion of the Day"
2nd–3rd place (min. 50 floors, 5+ players) Dragon Chest
4th–10th place Star Chest
11th–100th place Ice Chest

Places 4–100 need at least 25 floors, enough players that day, and a spot in the top half of the field. Chests go unopened to your Backpack. Thresholds can change, so check the Rewards sheet on the leaderboard for the current values. Every floor also gives 1 account XP, so the Daily Tower is a good daily warm-up even if you are not chasing the podium. For all the game's numbers in one place, see Skyhop facts and figures.

Questions and answers

When does a new Daily Tower start in Skyhop?

At midnight on your device's clock. The layout is generated from the date, so every player with the same date climbs exactly the same tower.

Does my gear work in the Daily Tower?

No. Everyone gets the same daily set of five effects and one artifact, all at level 1, so equipment and upgrades give no advantage.

How many times can I play the Daily Tower?

As many times as you like. Only your best run counts for the daily leaderboard, and its ghost climbs next to you on later attempts.

Is the daily leaderboard ranked by floor or by score?

By score — 10 points per floor plus combo points. One long combo can be worth as much as a hundred extra floors.

When do I unlock the Daily Tower?

At account level 5. It appears in the menu after you beat the World 1 boss, or at account level 10 if you mostly play Free Climb.
